Professional Biography
Bryan is an associate at Smith|Hartvigsen where he
practices Natural Resources Law, focusing on all
aspects of water, oil & gas, and land use issues for
private clients as well as public and local
government entities. Bryan also represents
clients in intellectual property matters involving
patent and trademark prosecution. Prior to
joining Smith|Hartvigsen, Bryan served as in-house
counsel for a Utah-based technology firm.
Bryan is a native of Price, Utah.
