Professional Biography
Kyle Fielding represents clients with a variety of legal issues, including many types of litigation and legal planning. He has sophisticated experience in real estate, business matters, estate planning (wills and trusts), employment disputes and discrimination, land use and property rights, personal injury, auto accidents, non-competition and trade secrets matters, and more.
Prior to joining Smith Hartvigsen, PLLC, Kyle worked in the BYU Office of the General Legal Counsel where he gained extensive experience in litigation, appellate work and general institutional legal advisement. Kyle has been a volunteer at the Utah Legal Services and the Guadalupe Legal Clinic where he provides assistance to clients with a wide range of legal problems, including divorces, protective orders, landlord/tenant issues, immigration issues, and disability issues
