Professional Biography
Mr. Hahn joined Smith Hartvigsen in 2003 where his primary areas of focus have been redevelopment, water rights, and property issues.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Hahn worked as a contract historian at the Washington State University Museum of Art and the Nez Perce
National Historical Park museum. He worked for two years as a patron services archivist for the Utah State Archives where he specialized
in property records and research.
During his time at Washington State University, Mr. Hahn worked as a teaching assistant in the Department of History. As a result of
his education in public history and Native American history, he gained extensive experience as a researcher by performing research at the
National Archives in Washington, D.C. and Seattle, Washington, and several city, county, state, and university archives.

Interests
Mr. Hahn volunteers extensively in community theater
and with the Boy Scouts of America as a scoutmaster and an
advisor in the Order of the Arrow.
