Professional Biography
Mr. Peck was a partner at Nielsen, Henriod, Gottfredson &
Peck from 1976 through 1980 and a shareholder in Nielsen &
Senior, PC for 24 years. Mr. Peck is a member of the
United States District Court for the District of Utah
mediation and arbitration panels. He served for
several years as a member and chair of the Utah Governor's
policy Board for the Division of Services for Persons with
Disabilities. He currently serves as a member of the policy
Board for the Utah Office of Public Guardian.
