Professional Biography
Since joining Smith Hartvigsen in 2005, Ms. Steffey has specialized in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Labor and Employment Law,
and Appellate Practice. Ms. Steffey also represents clients in matters involving real estate and water law disputes and has
successfully represented clients in matters before the EEOC and UALD and in state and federal court.
Prior to joining Smith Hartvigsen, Ms. Steffey clerked for Justice Parrish of the Utah Supreme Court (2004-2005).
Ms. Steffey also clerked at the Tax and Revenue Division of the Utah Attorney General’s Office (2002-2004).
